I had a great week last week! Hope you did too! I spent the majority of my week helping do 3 and 4 year old kids school physicals. I love kids at the age! They are so funny and honest and don't seem to have a care in the world. As I see each and every kid, I can't help but wonder what kind of life they will have when they grow up. I also wonder what kind of life they have at the present moment. You just never know. The kids I see 9.9 times out of 10 come from very low income families and I just worry so much about them and the kind of life they have. I was so blessed in my life to come from such a great family and I can't help but hope that these kiddos do too. *sigh* Prayers for the little ones...
As I was seeing one of the little boys, I asked him how old he was. He just kinda looked at me with that "who are you" look. So I said, "Are you four?" He very surprisingly and suddenly said, "NO! I am not FOUR, I am Fo." So funny!
Kids...Gotta love 'em.
I had a mommy call the other night. In case you forgot, a mommy call is where I get woke up at all hours of the night by my awesome pager that I love so much with "emergencies." They are hardly ever emergencies, but that's besides the point, kinda. They other night around midnight I get a page come across my pager that says, "talking in her sleep." Enough said.
