Oh Baby, It's Christmas!

The kids woke up Christmas morning so excited!!  They could not wait to get out of bed and open presents!  The morning did not disappoint and I savored the mess as long as I could!

The kids played with their presents all morning and were worn out by nap time!

They all took great naps and then we headed over to my parents for Christmas dinner!  We had an Ugly Sweater theme and it did not disappoint.

After dinner, the kids had a blast opening more gifts!

Then we headed over to Andrew's Dad's Family Christmas. The kids loved playing with their cousins and opening more presents!

We had a wonderful Christmas Day, filled with lots of love and lots of family and definitely lots of food!  I hope and pray that as my kids get older they come to realize the true meaning of Christmas and how Jesus is definitely the reason for the season.

Christmas Eve

The kids woke up Christmas Eve morning to find a few gifts from Chippy and Snowflake to celebrate their last day with us this season.

We hung around all morning in our pjs and had a relaxing morning!

I may have reminisced about the time Lo was Nora's age and had the same pjs on and took the exact same picture.  My how time flies!

That evening we went to church to celebrate the true meaning of Christmas.  Church with three kids is a slight workout.  I may have been sweating by the end of the service.  All jokes aside though, as I sat in church, I looked at all three of my kids and just felt so blessed and so thankful that God entrusted me with them.  After church, we went to my parents for dinner and to hang out before bedtime!

We headed home around 7 and put on our Christmas pjs.  There may or may not have been some bribery to get Drew to wear his.  The little stinker has boycotted pjs lately.

We headed outside to feed the reindeer to make sure they would stop at out house!

Then we laid out cookies for Santa and put the kids to sleep.

After they were all sounds asleep, Andrew and I headed upstairs to finish wrapping and putting toys together.  Random Fact: Christmas Eve night when Andrew and I do this, is one of my most favorite nights ever.  I look forward to it all season long!
