Baby Drew - 6 Months

Little Man,

You are 6 months old!!  A half of a year has went by and I just can't believe it.  It has been the fasted 6 months of my life! You are such a sweet boy and are so content being held.  You love to cuddle and love to be sang to.  You are rolling all over the place.  You will stand forever if we hold on to your hands, strong little legs you have.  You are almost sitting up...but not quite there yet.  You are teething like crazy and drooling everywhere, but still no teeth.  I know it will be any day now.

You still adore your big sister and light up every time you see her.  She is by far your favorite and I think she is your biggest fan.  She just loves you so much! 

You weigh around 16 lbs and are in the 25% for both weight and height...and you must have a big brain, because you are in the 97% for head circumference. 

We love you so much sweet boy.  We are in awe every day over how content and happy you are.  You are the best baby ever and we are just so blessed. 

Baby Drew - 5 Months

Little Man,

You are 5 months old and just as cute as can be.  You are so squishy and cuddly and I just love snuggling with you early in the morning. 

You are such a happy little guy and always grinning and laughing at us. 

You love your big sister so much and let her love all over you.  She is always hugging and kissing you and call you "handsome."  It is the sweetest thing. 

 

You are starting to roll over and still hate tummy time.  You are grabbing at everything in front of you and pulling things to your mouth.  You started loving your Sophie and your owl.  You love being sang to and love when I play pat-a-cake with you. 

 

You also love your feet and put them in your mouth any chance you get. 

The only time you get fussy and cry is when you are tired and ready to go to sleep.  You love your sleep just like your sister.  You still LOVE your thumb and I still think its the cutest thing ever. 

We love you little guy, and love how perfect you fit into our family. 

 

 

Mothers Day 2015

I had such a great Mothers Day.  Andrew really made it special.  That morning Lo and him made me a delicious breakfast of strawberry pancakes and cream cheese syrup.  It was so good!  Lo was so sweet all day and kept saying "Happy Mothers Day!"

This little guy decided to be a little turkey and fight sleep all day.  Really I think he just wanted my undivided attention to remind me that it was indeed Mothers Day. :)

We had my parents and my brother Cody over for dinner.  Andrew made ribs and pork and then had Lo help him make a cake.  It was yummy! 

After dinner, Lo and I painted our toenails :)

It was a great day, spent with my very favorite people. 

And never will a day go by that I don't feel so very blessed to be able to be a mommy to these two amazing little human beings.  So thankful God chose me to be their mom!
