Saint Patrick's Day

Saint Patrick's Day is a fun little holiday for the kids!  Lo had been looking forward to it all week!  As soon as she got up that morning she had two missions...to go and see if the Leprechaun turned to toilet water green and to put something green on so she wouldn't get pinched. 

She was so surprised and happy when she walked into the bathroom and saw the water green, along with a few candy coins that the silly leprechaun left her.  Then she was so excited to see that the silly leprechaun decorated and left her treats! 

We had a great day together playing and enjoying the weather!

 And sweet Nora enjoyed her first pig tails!

Lo's Soccer

Lo started soccer up again!  She has slowly started to improve and start actually touching the ball more!  We love watching her play and Drew cheers and claps for her on the sidelines, its so cute!! 

 

 

  

 

I am excited to see her start coming out of her shell on the soccer field this season!!  We love her little team she is on!

Nora's First Birthday

For Nora's first birthday, we decided to forgo a large party and just have a small celebration with just her family.  It was perfect, not stressful at all, and the decorations turned out so cute! 

Nora had a great time!  She loved her cake and dug right in.  When it was time to get her out of the highchair, she screamed!

We enjoyed celebrating her all weekend!

Nora - 12 Months

Sweet Nora Sue!

 

 

 

You are 12 months old!  I can not believe you are ONE!  This year has flown by!  You continue to surprise us, just like the day we found out about you, and are such a blessing to all of us.  You are still the sweetest, happiest, most content baby.  You are always smiling and love to be right in the middle of everything and love your little family so much.  You love to eat and are a great sleeper!  You sleep all night and take two good naps during the day.  All you need is your binkie and blankie and you go right to sleep. 

 

 

 

 

You got RSV this past month and then your first ear infection and boy was it rough!  But you managed to continue to smile through it all!  We enjoyed lots of snuggles during this time.

 

 

You are still army crawling all over the place and have slowly started to pull up on things, but you are in no hurry to start walking. 

Your namesake and Great Aunt came to visit us this past month and you loved getting to hang out with her! 

You still love bath time and would stay in there forever if I let you. 

 

Lo and Drew adore you and your daddy and I think you are the best baby ever!  You just fit in perfectly.  You go-with-the-flow and never "complain."  We have been so very blessed by you and we just love you so much sweet girl!!
